We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively expanding our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.
We are urgently looking for a Production Manager of Optical Fiber Spools who will ensure efficient operation of the production unit and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and related budgets
- Organize and closely monitor production activities
- Coordinate multiple production teams (optical fiber spools, NMC, enclosures, cleaning)
- Ensure product quality according to technical maps and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels of components and consumables
- Improve and optimize production processes
- Control and optimize production costs
- Implement KPIs and analyze production efficiency
- Maintain schedules, orders, and internal documentation (CRM/spreadsheets)
- Automate production processes
- Report to senior management on production plans, cost control, quality, and efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing production and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of technologies in the miltech sector
- Knowledge of production optimization approaches – Lean Management, Kaizen
- Experience implementing ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
- Strong leadership and quality control skills
- Responsibility, attention to detail, systems thinking, stress resistance
- Higher technical or business education
Would be a plus:
- Experience in the defense industry (UAVs), optics, or telecommunications
- Proficiency with ERP, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, Trello or other planning tools
- Technical English for working with documentation and suppliers
