3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that develops innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security.

We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively growing and expanding our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield. We are looking for an International Relations Manager who will build effective external communications, represent the company’s interests internationally, and maintain strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain contacts with international partners, investors, foundations, companies, organizations, and institutions.
• Attract international funding.
• Participate in international projects promoting strategically important products.
• Coordinate internal teams: prepare materials, deliver presentations, support delegations.
• Prepare presentations, information materials, letters, and reports in English.
• Represent the company at international events, forums (online/offline).
• Maintain contact databases, communication documentation, and meeting records.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in international communications, diplomacy, business development, or international cooperation.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of another foreign language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independence, initiative, and diplomacy.
• Strong document management and reporting skills.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working with international donors, foundations, government, or defense institutions.
• Understanding of technical or defense-related topics.
• Established network of international business contacts.
• Higher education in International Relations, International Business, or Communications.
