3DTECH is a Ukrainian manufacturer developing innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security.

We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively growing our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storing, shipping components, finished goods, and drone production materials)
• Maintain warehouse records, conduct inventory, control stock levels
• Monitor minimum stock thresholds
• Ensure material and equipment safety
• Organize proper storage systems and layout
• Maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement departments
• Implement and maintain storage standards for high-tech products
• Organize the warehouse team’s work, train staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or tech companies)
• Experience in building warehouse accounting systems
• Confident PC user — Word, Excel; familiarity with warehouse software
• Experience with ERP systems
• Attention to detail, responsibility, organizational skills
• Teamwork, proactivity
• Willingness to grow in the field of modern technology
