Head of sales department

3DTECH is a Ukrainian company developing innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security.

We design and manufacture FPV drones and are actively scaling. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

We are currently looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy across Ukraine and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans and performance KPIs for B2B, B2G, and international markets
  • Define pricing strategies and commercial terms
  • Analyze the drone market, competitors, potential partners and clients (military, government, private)
  • Build and lead the sales team: setting targets, managing execution
  • Participate in negotiations with key clients, Ukrainian MoD, foreign defense representatives
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and legal teams to fulfill contracts
  • Prepare commercial offers, tender documentation, and contracts
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, defense forums, and B2B events
  • Systematically grow the client base
  • Optimize sales-related expenses within budget

Expected Outcomes:

  • Achieve sales targets (volume and value)
  • Increase 3DTECH’s market share in the defense and tech sectors
  • Expand international sales (NATO, Asia, Middle East)
  • Build a reputation as a reliable miltech partner

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience leading sales teams (military/tech sector is a plus)
  • Higher education in business or related field
  • Proficiency with digital tools: MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and partnership development skills
  • Knowledge of export control, military standards, and certification processes
  • Systematic thinking, leadership, analytical skills, stress resistance
  • Fluent English for negotiations
