3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that develops innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security.

We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively expanding our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

We are currently looking for a UAV Test Operator to help inspect drones in the field and identify weak spots before they reach the front line.

Your tasks:

• Perform test flights of FPV drones or other types of UAVs
• Detect technical flaws and malfunctions in drones
• Document flight reports and provide feedback to developers
• Work at testing grounds and participate in field trials and training
• Provide basic maintenance before and after test flights
• Follow safety protocols and flight operation procedures

What matters to us:

• Experience flying FPV drones or other UAVs (manual or autonomous control)
• Understanding of drone components (VTX, FC, ESC, power supply, firmware)
• Ability to work in field conditions (sometimes including travel/training missions)
• Responsibility, attentiveness, and discipline
• Willingness to learn new drone types and systems

Would be a plus:

• Experience with UAVs in combat situations
• Skills in drone repair or configuration
• Familiarity with Betaflight / iNav / ArduPilot firmware
• Experience with ground control stations and telemetry systems
