We are looking for an IT System Administrator who can effectively maintain all IT infrastructure, resolve current issues, and scale the system as the team grows.

Employment type – part-time or as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

• Support and administration of internal IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, network, hardware)
• Setup and maintenance of local and cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, VPN, backups)
• Respond to tech support requests from the team (helpdesk support)
• Ensure information security (antivirus, firewalls, access control)
• Maintain hardware inventory, configure new devices
• Collaborate with external vendors (ISPs, hosting providers, procurement)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with Windows, Linux; basic knowledge of networks (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Understanding of information security principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions quickly
• Responsibility and a structured approach

Would be a plus:

• Experience in high-security environments (defense, fintech, etc.)
• Experience automating routine tasks (scripts, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of integration with 1C/CRM/ERP/accounting systems
