We are urgently looking for a Head of Strategic Project Management to drive initiatives that enable active company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic projects that grow the company and improve internal processes
- Lead business process improvement across departments
- Manage official communication with business and international partners
- Prepare documentation and analytical materials
- Coordinate the implementation of new systems and technologies across teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical summaries
- Participate in the development and implementation of company policies
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in project and process management (preferably in tech companies)
- Higher business education and project management certifications
- Proven portfolio of implemented projects
- Strong communication and influencing skills across different organizational levels
- Hands-on experience with digital tools (ERP/CRM, analytics systems, document flow tools)
- Analytical thinking, structured approach, ability to process large volumes of information
- Experience in preparing reports, presentations, management summaries
- Responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
