We are urgently looking for a Production Director to ensure efficient organization of all production processes and quality control at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and corresponding budgets
• Oversee the full production cycle of FPV drones — from procurement of components to final assembly and quality testing
• Coordinate multiple production teams (engineers, assemblers, quality controllers, technicians)
• Ensure product quality at every stage: components, assembly, firmware, testing — according to technological maps and quality standards
• Monitor inventory of components and consumables
• Collaborate with the R&D team to improve drone models and implement new technologies
• Improve and optimize production processes
• Control and reduce production costs
• Implement KPIs and analyze production performance
• Maintain schedules, orders, and internal documentation (CRM/tables)
• Automate production processes
• Ensure compliance with technical and military specifications
• Report to top management on progress, cost control, quality, and efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in managerial positions in manufacturing (preferably electronics, UAVs, radio engineering, defense industry)
• Higher technical education (radio electronics, aviation, robotics, mechatronics, IT, etc.)
• Understanding of FPV drone operation and main components (video systems, radio communication, control software, power supply, etc.)
• Knowledge of military tech (miltech) trends and applications
• Experience in production optimization approaches: Lean Management, Kaizen
• Experience implementing ISO 9001, QMS
• Strong leadership and quality control skills
• Responsibility, attention to detail, systematic thinking, stress resistance

Would be a plus:

• Experience in manufacturing military or defense-related equipment
• Personal experience in FPV (assembly, flying, repair)
• Understanding of the specifics of military drone applications
• Technical English proficiency — for working with documentation and suppliers
