Responsibilities:

Accounting

• Recording business transactions in software environments (1C/ERP in the future).
• Preparing payments via the “Client-Bank” system and handling bank statements.
• Preparing and storing primary documents (invoices, acts, bills).
• Accounting for the purchase of components (including imports), materials, and equipment.
• Entering tax credit data into the taxpayer’s electronic cabinet.
  

Working with Contracts and Counterparties

• Supporting settlements with suppliers and customers (including exports).
• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
  

Financial Reporting and Analytics

• Entering data into the taxpayer’s electronic cabinet.
• Participating in budget formation and expense forecasting.
  

Compliance and Confidentiality

• Following the internal policies and security procedures of the company.
• Ensuring the confidentiality of financial data.
• Using secure channels for document exchange.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant (preferably in manufacturing).
• Knowledge of Ukrainian tax and accounting legislation.
• Experience with ERP/1C, Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet.
• Experience with export/import contracts and foreign currency operations.
• High attention to detail and discipline.
