We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively expanding our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.
We are urgently looking for an R&D Manager who not only leads development but understands FPV drones, modern defense technologies, and can build and test them personally.
Responsibilities:
- Lead R&D projects in the FPV field (from concept to field testing)
- Define technical requirements together with engineers, pilots, and military personnel
- Personally test solutions alongside the team (flights, recording, diagnostics, feedback)
- Plan and prioritize tasks, coordinate deadlines
- Facilitate communication between the engineering team, production, and field units
- Analyze the FPV market, track trends, and propose new ideas
Requirements:
- Practical experience with FPV drones (preferably combat-related)
- Ability to fly FPV (mandatory)
- Understanding of drone components: video systems, firmware, power supply, etc.
- Experience managing technical teams/projects (preferred but not mandatory)
- Initiative, responsibility, adaptability
Would be a plus:
- Combat FPV usage experience or work with military units
- Experience in electronics/UAV development or production
- Familiarity with modern firmware (INAV, Betaflight, ArduPilot), components, and upgrades
- Higher technical education
- Fluent English
