3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that develops innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security.
We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively growing and expanding our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield. We are currently looking for a PR Manager.
What we’re looking for in you:
- 3+ years of PR experience (preferably in tech / defense)
- Strong writing, media literacy, and crisis communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent Ukrainian, good English is a plus
Your responsibilities:
- PR Strategy: Develop and implement PR strategies, define key messages, target audiences, and communication channels.
- Media & Public Relations: Write press releases, organize interviews, prepare comments, maintain media relations, and promote key topics in the media.
- Crisis Communications: Create and execute crisis communication strategies, monitor the information field, and respond quickly to reputational risks.
- Events & Presence: Media support for tests, presentations, participation in external events (exhibitions, forums, Brave1), speaker preparation.
- Partner Communication: Collaborate with Victory Drones, Brave1, the Defense Council, and the “Armada” Association — participate in events and deliver key messages to management.
- Content & SMM: Write articles and posts for company leaders, update the website and social media.
- Analytics: Monitor media mentions, prepare reports, and coordinate with the team on publications.
