We are looking for a Security Manager to establish a robust system of access control, information protection, internal discipline, and incident response.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical security systems for sites (offices, production, warehouses)
- Control employee and visitor access (including managing entry logs and passes)
- Detect and prevent internal threats (excessive access, data leaks, unauthorized access levels)
- Conduct audits, internal checks, and internal investigations
- Coordinate with external security providers, internal security departments, and law enforcement (as needed)
- Develop and implement internal security policies
- Monitor informational risks (including open-source channels, Telegram, etc.)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in security / corporate security / guarding / internal audit
- Understanding of basic principles of physical and information security
- Ability to work with confidential information and remain objective
- Systematic thinking, attention to detail, stress resilience
- Confident PC use, Excel / Google Sheets, basic skills working with access control systems
Would be a plus:
- Experience in defense, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of cybersecurity hygiene, technical surveillance tools (video monitoring, alarms)
- Experience conducting internal investigations
