Due to our expansion, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage procurement processes, including sourcing from China and Ukraine.
• Identify and engage new suppliers.
• Plan procurement activities.
• Conduct negotiations, draft contracts, and agree on terms of cooperation with suppliers.
• Monitor contract compliance and delivery deadlines.
• Oversee documentation (contracts, invoices, delivery notes).
• Organize and monitor shipment processes via the CRM system and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Optimize the current supplier network and procurement process.
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or tech companies).
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with warehouse management software.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Team player with initiative.
• Eagerness to grow in the field of modern technologies.
