3DTECH is a Ukrainian company developing innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national protection.

We specialize in the design and production of FPV drones, and we are actively growing and expanding our team. Our mission is to enhance Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

We are currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and regularly update management reporting systems: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
• Analyze financial performance and prepare analytical reports for stakeholders and management
• Develop consolidated financial reporting for a structure that includes both LLCs and private entrepreneurs (FOPs), taking into account tax and accounting differences
• Automate and optimize financial processes
• Create and control the budget, forecast cash flows
• Interact with external auditors, banks, tax, and regulatory authorities
• Build and develop the finance function: establish procedures and policies, form and lead a financial team
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a CFO, financial controller, or head of finance (experience in manufacturing companies is a plus)
• Proven experience in developing management and consolidated reporting in multi-entity structures (LLC, FOP, etc.)
• Experience in creating business plans, calculating investment return rates, and attracting foreign investment
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and 1C/ERP; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a changing environment
