3DTECH is a Ukrainian company developing innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security.

We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones, are growing rapidly, and expanding our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield. We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to help us create clear, user-friendly technical documentation for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing UAV user guides, instructions, and technical manuals;
• Gathering information from various sources: videos, technical documents, and communication with engineers;
• Proactively collecting data — conducting interviews with the team;
• Creating or coordinating visual content (schematics, photos, 3D model renders);
• Structuring, formatting, and designing documentation in a user-friendly format;
• Understanding the technical context deeply — writing with meaning, not just formality.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (engineering, mechatronics, aviation, etc.);
• Experience creating technical documentation (experience with drones, aviation, or defense is a plus);
• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely;
• Basic graphic editing skills (Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools);
• English level B1 or higher — for working with terminology and templates;
• Independence, attention to detail, and systems thinking.
