Requirements:

• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
• Precision in working with technical components.
• Preferably, experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical control (but not required, training provided).

Working conditions:

• Office located 20 minutes from Vokzalna metro station.
• Working hours: Shift 1: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 5/2, with 2 days off per week.
• Salary based on output, transportation costs to and from work are compensated.

Responsibilities:

• Setting the necessary parameters on the machine according to technical specifications.
• Precise and even winding of optical fibers onto spools.
• Monitoring fiber tension, winding speed, and accuracy of winding.
• Ensuring there are no mechanical damages to the fiber during winding.
• Identifying and fixing defects during the work process.
• Keeping track of produced units.
